This piece features a giant sequoia in Sequoia National Park, one of the largest living things on earth and a tree that makes you feel so small standing next to it. The bear and cub crossing the snow in the background are a nod to family, both the wildlife's and my own fond memories of family roadtrips. It's a tribute to a place I'm proud to call one of my favorite National Parks.
